Man in Abbotsford, B.C., charged with second-degree murder in wife's death; British Columbia's integrated homicide investigation team charges a man in Abbotsford after his wife was found with life-threatening stab wounds. The victim, 41-year-old Balwinder Kaur, died from her injuries, and her husband, 50-year-old Jagpreet Singh, was arrested at the scene and charged with second-degree murder.
