20-year-old hair stylist and 30-year-old motorcycle rider arrested in Bayelsa State for selling cannabis-laced chin-chin.
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) arrested a 20-year-old hair stylist, Josephine Odunu, and a 30-year-old motorcycle dispatch rider, Edesemi Ikporo, in Bayelsa State for selling and distributing illicit drug-laced chin-chin to students and at social gatherings. The NDLEA intercepted a motorcycle dispatch rider delivering 200g of chin-chin laced with cannabis sativa and later arrested Josephine, who distributed the drug-laced snacks from her salon.
