Victorian Opposition Leader John Pesutto faces three defamation cases, including one filed by UK anti-trans activist Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull. Keen-Minshull's defamation case follows Pesutto's comments about a rally she hosted that was gatecrashed by neo-Nazis. Pesutto is also embroiled in legal action with expelled Liberal MP Moira Deeming, and there are reports of a potential leadership spill.
