The company has hired PwC and law firm Travers Smith to investigate the allegations. The investigation has delayed the publication of Bytes' preliminary results and the details will be shared with EY as part of its audit process. Bytes' shares dropped 14% after news of the independent probe into Murphy's secret trading.
