Surrey RCMP are investigating an assault at Guildford Town Center during the Spring Carnival. Police received a request for assistance from Surrey Fire Service at 9:30 p.m. on March 16. Officers observed a fight and intervened, with a female suspect taken into custody and a female victim transported to a hospital. The nature of any relationship between the victim and suspect is unknown.
