Spanish police have arrested three people for the deaths of five migrants who were forced off a boat last November. The individuals were accused of threatening the migrants with a machete and forcing them to jump into the Atlantic Ocean despite strong currents and cold temperatures. The migrants, who had paid between $3,270 and $13,000 to travel from Morocco, were among 37 people on board the boat.
