Senator Raffy Tulfo scrutinised PCSO executives over multiple lottery winners with suspiciously similar names claiming large sums. PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles explained that in many cases, claimants are asked by actual winners from far-flung areas to claim the winnings for them due to transportation costs, while also mentioning a case of 433 bettors winning a 6/55 Grand Lotto pot. PCSO has been asked to provide information on winners and present them in an executive session during the next hearing.
