Political veteran Chris Lehane, former Airbnb policy chief and Clinton White House member, is reportedly close to joining ChatGPT-maker OpenAI as a senior executive, according to The Information. Lehane has been consulting for OpenAI CEO Sam Altman for over a year, including during Altman's temporary ouster in November. The discussions are not yet finalized.
