Philippine's San Miguel Corp secures bank financing for its $3B airport overhaul project with a 15-year concession agreement, partnering with South Korea's Incheon International Airport Corp.
Philippine conglomerate San Miguel Corp has secured bank financing for its P170.6B ($3B) project to overhaul the country's main airport. Banks have already committed to financing the project, in addition to an equity share from the consortium, as San Miguel signed a 15-year concession agreement. The project consortium includes South Korea's Incheon International Airport Corp. San Miguel won the government auction for the airport project in February.
