Luxury hotel brand Habitat Hotels accidentally paid $70,000 to NZ moving company Hamilton Movers instead of a third party. Hamilton Movers returned $20,000 but refuses to return the remaining $50,000. Habitat Hotels sought an ancillary order in Auckland High Court, which suggested the moving company could avoid further legal action by paying the $50,000 to the court or through the hotel's lawyers.
