Gujarat High Court refuses to take suo motu cognisance of attack on foreign students at a university hostel in Ahmedabad. A lawyer requested the court to take up the issue as a public interest litigation, but the division bench of Chief Justice Sunita Agarwal and Justice Aniruddha P Mayee stated that the police will look into the incident and the High Court should not be made a probe agency.
