Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has declared a state of emergency for 11 central Ohio counties after severe weather caused three deaths and widespread damage. The Ohio National Guard has been activated to assist in Logan County's cleanup efforts. Nine tornadoes were confirmed in the state, including an EF-3 tornado with winds up to 136-165 mph. The storms caused widespread destruction across parts of Kentucky, Indiana, and Arkansas, with tornadoes also reported in Illinois and Missouri.
