15-year veteran Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputy Clinton Ormsbee was arrested and charged with boating under the influence. Observed without navigational lights, he was stopped by a Florida Fish and Wildlife officer who found him impaired, refusing to provide a breath sample. Ormsbee is on leave without pay and under internal investigation. Sheriff Chad Chronister expressed disappointment in his actions.
