22-year-old woman dies after stabbing in Perth's north; homicide investigation underway. WA Police say emergency services were called to the scene of a serious assault in Balga at 7.55pm on Saturday. St John Ambulance WA provided emergency treatment and took the woman to Royal Perth Hospital, where she later died. A 30-year-old man believed to be involved in the assault was taken into custody nearby.
