17-year-old Matthew Knapman from Inverness has become one of Scotland's youngest mountain rescuers, after being inspired by his own rescue following a mountain biking accident. He's now on a one-year probationary period with the Assynt Mountain Rescue Team, which covers a large area in Scotland. Matthew's father, Paul, has been a member of the team for eight years.
