44-year-old Joseph Bump was fatally stabbed in a Fall River, Massachusetts rooming house, and 42-year-old Pedro Fernando Orellano Alvarado was arrested at the scene. Alvarado is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Both men were residents of the rooming house.
