28-year-old former AFL player Angus Brayshaw, who medically retired due to repeated concussions, has joined Melbourne's coaching staff in a part-time role. Brayshaw, who made his coaching debut during the Demons' 45-point win over the Western Bulldogs, will work primarily from the bench on match days. The AFL needs to decide if Brayshaw's salary will be included in Melbourne's salary cap or exempt.
