48-year-old Bellville man, Shawn McNamara, died in a crash on Vanderbilt Road near Middle Bellville Road on March 16, 2024. McNamara was driving eastbound when his 2018 Dodge Durango veered off the road and struck a tree. The Ohio State Highway Patrol, Mansfield Post is investigating, with assistance from the Richland County Sheriff’s Office, Washington Township Fire & EMS, and Mike’s Towing.
