A woman was killed in Lancaster, CA when an SUV ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle at the intersection of Avenue J-8 and 20th Street East on Saturday at 9:42 a.m. The SUV, a Mitsubishi Outlander, was driven by a woman who ran a red light and collided with an Infiniti G35, resulting in a female passenger in the Infiniti being partially ejected and later pronounced dead at the hospital. The cause of the collision is still being investigated, with speed not appearing to be a factor.
