Swiss companies, including Barry Callebaut, Bühler, and HESS Green Mobility, plan significant investments in India.
Swiss State Secretary for Economic Affairs Helene Budliger stated that numerous Swiss companies, including Barry Callebaut Group and Bühler Technology Group, are interested in investing in India. Barry Callebaut Group plans to open a third manufacturing facility in India by 2024, while Bühler intends to invest an additional $23 million over the next two to three years. Additionally, HESS Green Mobility aims to manufacture 3,000 electric buses in India by 2025, a $110 million investment.
