Highway 97 north of Summerland is closing for 90 minutes on Saturday, March 16, for blasting work at the site of an August 2023 landslide. The closure will be in both directions between Callan Road and Okanagan Lake Provincial Park, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., while crews work to stabilize the site. Highway 97 will reopen once road work and safety assessments are complete.
