Goa-based regional airline FLY91, scheduled to start commercial flights on March 18, expects to have 350 staff by the end of its first year of operations. The airline plans to expand its fleet with four more aircraft in the inaugural year and aims to break even within two years. FLY91's MD and CEO, Manoj Chacko, highlights that there is no need to raise funds now, as the airline will also be receiving Viability Gap Funding (VGF) under the regional air connectivity scheme UDAN.
