Georgia judge orders DA Fani Willis to remove special prosecutor Nathan Wade from the Trump election interference case.

Judge Scott McAfee in Georgia ruled that Fultion County District Attorney Fani Willis can remain in charge of the election interference case against Donald Trump, but only if she removes the special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, with whom she had a romantic relationship. The ruling, which allows the case to proceed, leaves a "stain" on one of the four prosecution teams pursuing charges against the former president.
