Delhi police busted a syndicate at IGI airport involved in sending activated Indian SIM cards to Vietnam. The fraudsters issued SIM cards in gullible people's names for a small fee, and then sold them to Vietnamese users at higher rates for gaming apps and social media profiteering. A complaint from FedEx Courier led to the discovery of 500 SIM cards hidden in a diary inside a shipment.
