1 dead, 3 injured in fatal crash on I-74 near mile marker 18.1. A 22-year-old driving the wrong way in a Nissan Altima collided with a Chevy Traverse. The Nissan driver died at the scene, not wearing a seatbelt; the Chevy driver and two passengers sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Impairment and excessive speed are being investigated. Witnesses can contact the Cincinnati Police Department's Traffic Unit.
