Real estate listings are up across Connecticut, with the southeastern corner, including Mystic, experiencing a surge in inventory, hitting the highest levels since early 2021. In both January and February, New London County saw its highest "inventory" of houses for sale, while Hartford County also hit a high mark for inventories in February. Inventories remain below pandemic highs in Connecticut's other six counties.
