Highland Action for Little Ones (HALO), a charity founded in Dec 2022, was named Charitable Organisation of the Year at the Highland Heroes Awards. Providing essential items to families in need, HALO focuses on vulnerable children, with 1 in 5 children in Highlands living in poverty.
