22-year-old man arrested in Birkenhead after reports of a man threatening people with a crowbar in a bar and later allegedly making threats with a suspected gun. Armed police officers were sent to the scene after the initial incident, but no one was hurt. The area has since been reopened. The man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a suspected firearm, criminal damage, and affray.
