36-year-old York County man, Johnathan Dexter, died four days after a single-vehicle crash on Hametown Road in Shrewsbury Township. Dexter, driving at high speed without a seatbelt, collided with a tree, sustaining life-threatening injuries. After being treated at WellSpan York Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries on Thursday. The coroner's office cited the cause of death as multiple blunt force trauma.
