33-year-old Jesse James Harold has been indicted on charges of second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon following a fatal stabbing in Portland's Old Town neighborhood in January. The victim, 32-year-old Deante Dean Watts, was found suffering from serious injuries and later died in hospital. Harold is currently in the Multnomah County Jail, facing additional weapon and burglary charges in two other pending cases.
