23-year-old Forest Mayes charged with hit-and-run killing Jennifer Gail Dimatteo in Milwaukee.
23-year-old Forest Mayes has been charged with hit-and-run causing death in Milwaukee after a woman's body was found on the I-43 offramp in February. Mayes admitted to police that he knew he hit something on the I-94 ramp at Lapum two weeks prior, but claimed he didn't know what he hit at 3 or 4 am. The victim was identified as 32-year-old Jennifer Gail Dimatteo. Mayes is being held in the Milwaukee County Jail on cash bonds totaling $100,000.
