3-year-old Ethan Stately has been found safe, following a statewide alert, and Jennifer Stately, the suspect, is in custody, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. The Red Lake Tribal Police Department initially issued an Amber Alert for Ethan after he was reportedly abducted. Jennifer Stately, a 36-year-old Native American female, was last seen driving a black Chevrolet Equinox and is now taken into custody.
