24-year-old Bobby Ronell Helms Jr. was arrested in Henry County, VA on March 14 during a traffic stop, where officers found 10g of fentanyl (equivalent to 1,000 lethal doses) and nearly 1lb of cocaine. He was charged with possession and intent to distribute cocaine and fentanyl, as well as driving while suspended. Helms was already out on bond for three counts of narcotics distribution.
