12-year-old Andy Paul Beartusk Martinez, who went missing in Billings, Montana, was found dead in an outbuilding after a search warrant was executed on a residence in the 900 block of Terry Avenue. A 19-year-old person of interest has been detained, and a 13-year-old is suspected of tampering with evidence and has been taken into custody by Youth Services. Billings police and the Bureau of Indian Affairs are currently investigating.
