Tyron Smith, a veteran left tackle and eight-time Pro Bowler, is reportedly leaving the Dallas Cowboys after 13 seasons to sign with the New York Jets, according to NFL Network and ESPN. The financial terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed, but the Jets are attempting to strengthen their offensive line by remodeling it during the offseason. Smith, a decorated lineman, will join the Jets to protect quarterback Aaron Rodgers' blind side.
