A San Diego police officer, Seth Tate, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence after a disturbance call on Pacific Highway. Tate, who has been with the department for three years, was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of a criminal and administrative investigation. The San Diego Police Department takes such incidents seriously, according to Lt. Daniel Meyers.
