Star forward Neymar is recovering well from a knee injury and is expected to return to play in July or August, according to Brazil's team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar. Neymar suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in October 2023, ruling him out of the Copa America tournament in June and July. He has already begun muscle strengthening work under medical staff at his club, Al Hilal.
