Indiana jury orders Tesla to pay $42 million in damages to motorcyclist Christopher Dugan who suffered severe injuries in a crash involving a Ford truck owned by Tesla in 2017. Tesla employee Kyle Kaszuba was found partly liable, with Dugan attributed to be 30% responsible for the incident. The jury initially sought $60 million in damages but reduced it to $42 million after considering Dugan's portion of liability.
