5 criminals from west Wales were jailed for over 36 years collectively for offences including rape, sexual activity with children, indecent images, drug dealing, and assault. "Manipulative predator" Kevin Offland, 45, was sentenced for a series of sexual offences against women and girls spanning 20 years. The five individuals were convicted for a range of crimes across the region.
