Clarksville-Montgomery County school district found child abuse by teacher Stacey Williams, according to the Department of Children's Services (DCS) investigation. Williams, who worked at Minglewood Elementary School, allegedly pulled a 4-year-old student's hair, grabbed his wrist, and put her hand on his mouth. DCS has substantiated the claim of child abuse, and the school district placed Williams at an alternative worksite.
