51-year-old Portland man, Fabian Bigeagle, was arrested twice for allegedly punching his neighbor and using a racial slur on two separate occasions in the same Hazelwood neighborhood apartment. Bigeagle was initially arrested on Feb. 5 for first-degree bias crime and fourth-degree assault, and later on March 13 for the same charges. He served time in the Multnomah County Detention Center.
