29-year-old pregnant New York special education teacher, Courtney Fannon, was found unresponsive in her classroom and later died along with her unborn baby daughter, Hadley Jaye, at Kendall Elementary School. The school district closed for a day following the tragedy, with counselors on hand to support staff and students. A GoFundMe page set up by Courtney's husband, Kurtis, has raised over $56,000 to help cover funeral costs. The cause of death remains unknown.
