41-year-old man taken into custody in Manitowoc after police respond to family disturbance with armored vehicle and drone. Officers observed a possible firearm, leading to a perimeter and use of a drone to monitor the suspect. A BearCat armored vehicle was called in when commands were ignored, but the man eventually complied and was taken into custody without further incident. He is held on suspicion of domestic violence and bail jumping.
