32-year-old ex-Apple engineer Brian Broderick, of Santa Cruz, was convicted by a federal jury for threatening two FBI agents. He repeatedly contacted the FBI San Francisco Division in 2021-2022, raising concerns about his former employer. In June 2022, he emailed agents threatening to "hunt" an "idiot traitor" FBI agent. Broderick now faces up to five years in prison at his sentencing hearing on June 24.
