39-year-old Bobby Williams, a father of three, has been jailed for 16 months after sending a mould of his erect penis to a stalking victim in breach of a restraining order. Williams, of Parrog Road, Newport, Pembrokeshire, previously pleaded guilty to stalking and to five counts of breaching a restraining order. The court heard that Williams had a 'fixation' with the victim, repeatedly turning up at her house and harassing her on a beach.
