Wisconsin Republican Senate candidate Eric Hovde pledges to donate his entire $174,000 salary to charity every year if elected, in response to Democrats painting him as an out-of-touch multimillionaire. Hovde has suggested he will spend up to $20 million of his own money to defeat Democratic U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin, in a race that could determine if Democrats maintain majority control of the Senate.
