Saber Interactive was sold to Beacon Interactive.

Saber Interactive, a game developer responsible for titles like Metro series and Star Wars remakes, has been sold to Beacon Interactive, a company founded by Saber co-founder Matthew Karch, for $247 million. The deal includes all Saber-branded studios, 38 ongoing game development projects, 2,950 workers, and retains 14 games. Embracer Group, which owns Saber Interactive, will cease all operations in Russia and retain ownership of key companies and future publishing rights. Beacon Interactive also acquires an option to buy 4A Games and Zen Studios at a later time.
