NNPCL's Port Harcourt refinery to begin operations in two weeks after mechanical completion.
Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd (NNPCL) Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) Mele Kyari announced that the Port Harcourt refinery will begin operations in two weeks, following the completion of mechanical works. The refinery has received over 450,000 barrels of crude oil for processing after the mechanical completion in December last year. The Kaduna refinery is expected to commence operations in December, while the Warri refinery is undergoing regulatory compliance procedures.
