Nigeria police arrest armed robber, kidnapper disguised as a lunatic in Lagos. Olaseinde Ojo was captured at Isokoko area, known for dressing as a madman to get close to victims and rob or kidnap them. Police also arrested a dispatch rider identified as Samson Shina, who was found with a locally made pistol and charms. The force urges Nigerians to remain vigilant against criminal tactics.
