Lexington police investigate attempted child kidnapping by masked man in Wood Street backyard.

Lexington police are investigating an attempted child kidnapping in a backyard on Wood Street, where a masked man allegedly grabbed an elementary school-aged child and placed his hand over their mouth. The child managed to break free and the suspect fled. The suspect was described as a male wearing all black, including a black ski mask.
